Ben was absolutely incredible. His quality communication and direct approach meant a project I had budgeted a couple of days for was done within a day. He also was open to suggestions and was able to offer expert commentary on small adjustments that I was considering before I decided to opt for a particular design. Ben is AMAZING! He made sure before starting the project he was fully dialed in on what was being requested and made sure I fully understood exactly what is was going to do to fix things. Ben is the most helpful person I've ever worked with on anything tech related... and I've been trying to find someone to help me for over a year. I've hired 3 different people before this and nobody knew as much, or was as efficient. He's also excellent at explaining steps that I didn't understand. He makes everything clear and understandable.
